Communicating in Plain Language Workshop

Project Literacy is happy to announce the first Plain Language workshop of 2019!

This 3.5 hour workshop will help you and your organization better understand the value of plain language. Plain language is about clear communication. It’s about using common words and presenting information in a straightforward, logical way.

If customers and employees don’t understand your message, they can tune you out. By simply improving communication a business can increase productivity, reduce errors, improve customer satisfaction and boost profitability.

Adult literacy in Canada is a hidden problem. It impacts Canadian businesses, costing $2.5 billion each year in lost productivity.

Communicating in Plain Language makes it easier for your organization to do well.
